GENERAL CONTRACTING
A General contractor is usually obtained to perform construction services by way of a fixed price contract. This is the traditional method of project delivery using a sequential Design-Build Process, where work is awarded to a construction company according to a comprehensive bidding system.
Dasd Contracting uses experience and expertise to manage both self-performing work and subcontractors required. Communication of information to all involved is of utmost importance throughout the course of executing a project.
Our experienced staff will manage every aspect of a project from budget and scheduling to material delivery and on-site logistics. Our role is to provide services from preconstruction phase, project execution, through to closeout and warranty periods.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
In a Construction Management contract, the client secures the services of a Construction Manager to work with the design team. During the design and planning phase, it is critical for the project team to have an experienced partner who can assist in scheduling and cost control and can provide insight into incorporating current construction methods within the existing site conditions.
