Project Overview
This project consisted of a brand new, 3-story, 12 unit addition to an existing building. The building included 9 typical and 3 barrier free units. Scope of work was inclusive but not limited to excavation for foundations and footings, SOG, exterior and interior wood framing including trusses and roof. New Mechanical and electrical work throughout, including new sprinkler system, new HVAC systems and ductwork, all new plumbing throughout. Finishes included new LVT flooring, tiled washroom, carpet hallways, interior painting. Brand new appliances and millwork. Exterior work included upgrading site services and drain connections, new concrete walkways and asphalt paving. Exterior wood working for the balconies. New landscaping including bushes and tress and and decorative iron fence.
