327 Kellet St. Port Perry

Project Overview

At 327 Kellett St., we are enhancing the existing senior living facility by integrating an elevator, designed to facilitate mobility of seniors between the first and second floors. Also, as part of this project, we are constructing an accessible ramp at the front entrance to ensure compliance with Ontario Building Code (OBC) accessibility standards, providing a safe and convenient pathway for seniors and visitors moving between the parking area and the main entrance. Finally, we are upgrading the east parking area by installing new electrical conduits in four designated spots, preparing the site for the future installation of EV chargers.
