Renovation
Our most recent project, Homewood Avenue, consisted of converting two existing residential locations into one multiunit affordable living space. The scope of work for this project consisted of demolition, new partitions, flooring, windows and doors, millwork, painting, washroom renovation, new exterior stairs and lift, structural work, electrical work and mechanical work.
Native Men’s and DASD have worked closely for over 12 years. Native Men’s is a Non-Profit organization and projects presents unique challenges including tight budgets, phasing, working around occupied buildings and DASD has always embraced these challenges and projects on time and within budget.
