About the Client

The Archdiocese of Toronto is one of the largest and most active dioceses in Canada, supporting a broad range of religious, administrative, and community services across the region. Located in the Mirvish Village heritage area, the Archdiocese of Toronto repurposed a 1950s buff brick building to support several of its critical outreach services. The renovated facility now houses The Office for Refugees (ORAT), The Office for Catholic Youth (OCY), and archival storage for historically significant materials. With a focus on accessibility, preservation, and mid-century design continuity, the revitalized space supports both the Archdiocese’s mission and the evolving needs of its diverse community.
