Project Overview
Interior Renovation of existing home in Cabbagetown to affordable housing including 9 units, laundry space, bike storage, mechanical and electrical room. Complete interior demolition including the basement SOG to provide access to install all new underground services from the new waterline for the Sprinkler and plumbing systems. New HVAC equipment and ductwork throughout, all new plumbing and electrical wiring, distribution packages and fixtures. Installation of new sprinkler system including a 6" main. Finishes included vinyl flooring, millwork for the kitchen and closets, all new appliances and fixtures. Some exterior landscaping including a new fence, exterior stone work roofing.
